Roll mixture into whatever shape you desire or use a cookie cutter to make them fancy.
Press into coconut and refrigerate or freeze depending on how hard you would like them.
NOTE: You can fold in cacao nibs, berries, nuts or other goodies into the mixture once consistency of mixture is ready to roll.
