Ingredients

  • ½ cup coconut milk or cream
  • 4 Tbsp Good Kids Stuff Choc-Banana
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 3 medjool dates
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp 2 Linseeds
  • ½ cup cashews
  • ½ cup activated buckwheat

Method

Blend all ingredients accept the buckwheat into a food processor.
Add and fold in buckwheat.
Roll mixture into balls and roll into desiccated coconut or topping of choice.
Refrigerate prior to serving OR freeze up to 5 days if you are not ready to eat.
