Ingredients

  • 2 dates, pitted
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 small avocado
  • 2 small bananas
  • 2 kale leaves

Method

  1. Soak dates in 1 cup of water for at least 30 mins (overnight in the fridge is perfect)
  2. Add dates along with soaking water and all other ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
