• 1 frozen banana - chopped into bite sized pieces
  • 1 green pear
  • Big handful of spinach and/or kale
  • 1 tsp Nuzest Good Green Stuff
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 1 cup ice cubes


Blend everything together at once on high for about 1 minute. Pour into glasses, top with a squirt of honey and chia seeds, and enjoy!
