INGREDIENTS:
For the Smoothie:
- 1 cup frozen (pre-cooked) sweet potato
- Handful of frozen (raw) zucchini
- 4–5 frozen cherries
- 7 oz. plain vegan yogurt
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cacao powder
- 1 tbsp yacon syrup
- 1 serving of collagen
For the Protein “Nut Butter”:
- 1/2 serving of Probiotic Vanilla Digestive Support Protein
- Water
- 1 tbsp of organic SunButter
METHOD:
For the Smoothie:
1. Blend smoothie ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
For the Protein “Nut Butter”:
1. Mix Probiotic Vanilla Digestive Support Protein with droplets of water until it reaches an “oatmeal” consistency.
2. Next, mix in SunButter until well-incorporated
