Delivery Within New Zealand

 

We offer nationwide delivery through CourierPost and Aramax, with rates varying by region.

 

Auckland Region

• Standard Shipping: $6.00 for orders under $100
• Free Shipping: Available on all orders $100 and above
• Delivery typically within 1-2 working days

 

North Island (9 regions)

• Standard Shipping: $10.00 for orders under $100
• Free Shipping: Available on all orders $100 and above
• Delivery typically within 1-2 working days

 

South Island (7 regions)

• Standard Shipping: $15.00 for orders under $100
• Free Shipping: Available on all orders $100 and above
• Allow an extra day for delivery (2-3 working days)

 

Order Processing & Delivery

• All orders are fulfilled from our Auckland warehouse (49-51 Paul Matthews Road, Unit 2, Rosedale)
• Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days
• All deliveries require a signature upon receipt
• We recommend shipping to an address where someone will be present during business hours
• If no one is available to sign, a calling card will be left for redelivery arrangements or depot collection

You may provide specific delivery instructions for the courier to leave your parcel in a designated location. Please note:

• No claims can be made for parcels that go missing or arrive damaged when using this option
